While most bookings happen through the Clovo app when clients book themselves, there are times when you’ll need to book a client into a class on their behalf — perhaps they called ahead, walked in, or simply asked you to sort it out for them.

How to book a client from the dashboard

  1. In Clovo Studio, go to the Openings page.
  2. Find the class you want to book the client into and click on it.
  3. Click the Book Client button.
  4. Search for and select the client.
  5. Confirm the booking. The client’s credits or membership allowance will be used as normal.

Things to know

  • The client must have an active product (membership, credit pack, or trial) that allows them to book into this class type
  • The class must have available capacity — if it’s full, the booking won’t go through unless you increase the capacity first
  • The client will receive a booking confirmation just as if they’d booked through the app
  • You can also book clients from the Clovo iOS app if you’re at the front desk on an iPad or phone

If the client doesn’t have an active product, you can process a Point of Sale purchase first, then book them in.
