Track your clients milestones with achievements

One great way to keep your clients engaged is to reach out and congratulate them when they reach certain milestones with your studio. Clovo’s Achievements feature lets you set up automatic milestone tracking so you never miss a chance to celebrate your clients.
What are achievements?
Achievements are automatic milestone markers that trigger when a client reaches a specific number of class attendances. For example, you might celebrate a client’s 10th, 50th, or 100th class. In addition to client engagement, milestones can make great content for social media — sharing a client’s achievement (with their permission) shows your community that real results happen at your studio.
Setting up achievements
- In Clovo Dashboard, go to Operations > Achievements.
- Add the milestones you want to track (e.g. 10, 25, 50, 100 classes).
- Clovo will automatically track attendance and notify you when a client hits a milestone.
Ideas for celebrating milestones
- Personal congratulations — a quick message or shout-out during class goes a long way
- Social media feature — share the milestone on your studio’s Instagram (with client permission)
- Small reward — a free class, branded merchandise, or a handwritten card
- Studio wall of fame — display achievement milestones in your studio space
