You can change the date or time of an existing class opening in Clovo Dashboard and notify booked clients about the update.
Change a class date or time

Log In to Your Clovo Dashboard:
- Open Clovo Dashboard and sign in.

Find the Class Opening:
- Once logged in, navigate to the “Classes” or “Schedule” section of your dashboard. Here, you’ll see a list of all your upcoming class openings.

Select the Class to Change:
- Browse through the list and find the class opening you need to adjust. Click on the class to open its details.

Click the ‘Change Time’ Button:
- In the class details, select Change Time.

Set the New Date and/or Time:
- A new window or form will appear where you can set the new date and/or time for the class. Use the calendar and time picker to select the new schedule.

Confirm the Change:
- Select Confirm Change to save the new date and time.
Before you confirm
- Review the new time: Check for conflicts with other classes, instructors, locations, or events.
- Notify booked clients: Once the change is confirmed, use Clovo Dashboard’s communication tools to share the updated schedule.
- Review your timetable: Confirm the revised opening appears at the expected date and time.
