Add a client to your studio manually
Most clients will create their own accounts when they download the Clovo app or visit your landing page. But sometimes you’ll need to add a client manually — perhaps they signed up in person, you’re migrating from another system, or you want to set up their profile before they arrive.
Archive a client without deleting their history
Archive a client when they should no longer appear in day-to-day lists but you still need their booking and payment history.
Deleting a client from your studio
No matter how well you run your studio and how much your clients love what you do for them, the day will come when they move on and you will want to remove them from Clovo so they no longer receive notifications or reminders.
Export your Client data
We don’t gate keep your data. You can export your client list from Clovo at any time as a CSV file, which can be useful for those occasional times you need your client data for a system we don’t integrate with, for your accountant, or simply for your own records.

Make client management a breeze with tags
Tags make it easy to organise and manage your clients. You can create as many custom tags as you like and colour-code them to build a client management system that is unique to your studio.
Send a client a password reset
If your clients are having trouble accessing their accounts, you can help them reset their passwords directly from Clovo Dashboard. This is quicker than asking the client to navigate the password reset process on their own.
Track attendance by checking-in clients on your phone or desktop
Many studio owners like to double check attendance by checking clients in who are present at their clients. Checking a client in gives you a record of who or who wasn’t present in person, in addition to the booking.

Your clients can now book classes for themselves or for a linked friend, family member, or dependent profile — all from the same account. This makes it easy for parents, partners, or carers to manage bookings for the people they’re responsible for.
